Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. Customization and cosmetic issues such as scratches, rust, and normal wear and tear are not covered. There is no Labor Warranty on any items.

CUSTOMIZATION, ASSEMBLY, AND INSTALLATION, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM CUSTOMIZATION, ASSEMBLY, OR INSTALLATION IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

IF A WARRANTY CLAIM IS FOUND TO BE VALID, DYNABODY WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT AT OUR DISCRETION.

ALL EQUIPMENT SHOULD BE INSPECTED PERIODICALLY FOR DAMAGE, WEAR AND TEAR, AND TESTED FOR STABILITY AND SAFE USAGE.

RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS

RETURNS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MOST UNUSED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING TO AND FROM DYNABODY WAREHOUSE AS WELL AS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. 

WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURING ALL PARTS ARE RETURNED. PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGE TRACKING. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT.
